“ Looking for dining locations open around 6:30 P.M in the financial district on a Monday evening, NAYA was one of the first restaurants that popped up on my Yelp search. This NAYA express is located in 1 New York Plaza. The current hours of operation are the following Monday - Thursday: 10:30 A.M - 8:00 P.M Friday: 10:30 A.M - 5:00 P.M Saturday and Sunday: Closed NAYA offers middle eastern flavors. You can create your own bowl, wrap, or salad! It's all custom build and all of the ingredients are fresh! You can choose your own base between rice, quinoa, lettuce, green, or a wrap. I ended up choosing build my own bowl, with a vermicelli rice base. For proteins, I ended up choosing the chicken kebab, but you could also choose chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, lamb, falafel, or even cauliflower! The other ingredients I added was hummus, cucumbers, tomatoes, and extra feta cheese! Pita bread was offered as a side too! Bags and utensils were provided to go. The service was quick and easy! I was the only customer inside NAYA at the time. There was plenty of table seating inside the restaurant though! My hotel was located right next to NAYA! The chicken kebab was soooo yummy!! It was perfectly grilled and had just the right amount of char on the chicken! It was also super tender too! The hummus was a great addition with the rice! The feta cheese blended well with the cucumbers and tomatoes! I ended up eating at this location twice while I was staying for the week at New York City for work! The food was great and inexpensive too! ”

“ My go to spot for lunch when I'm in the office. Delicious & quick, healthy eats. They tend to be a little cheap with portions at this location ( if you add hummus, yogurt, etc). However, overall a solid NAYA location. ”

“ This is a nice relatively pricey lunch stop in the Financial District. The food was good and fresh and the salads were good, though a bit small on portions. They have many options for wraps/salads, but I did a Falafel Salad. And warning for those who want Jalapenos- they DO NOT remove seeds so beware. There is hardly any seating inside the restaurant though so beware if coming during busy times. ”

“ CAVA but for lebanese / middle eastern food (~$14 for a custom bowl). The beef was better than the chicken kebab (a little dry). The baba ghanoush and flatbread were the stars of the show: the former was smoky and creamy while the latter was so chewy and yeasty, just like a foccacia. Garlic whip and the green pickles were a close second: the whip was surprisingly light, creamy, and refreshing while the pickles provided crunch and sourness. ”

“ NAYA is great, the price is great, the ingredients are great. Everything there is super fresh is always delicious. My favorite are the falafel and Chicken Shawarma. The workers are fairly nice, and are always welcome to give more food. ”

“ Good option for a quick, reasonably priced, indoor meal in FiDi; as it is located in the Brookfield Place food court. We got there early (before 12), and there were plenty of tables to choose from. However it was fairly crowded when we left. Lines are long but move quickly. Food is good. I think that they were fairly generous with the meat, and there is a large range of toppings that you can add, most of which are quite flavorful. Its comparable to Roti... I'd say Roti tastes a little better, but I would still return here due to the convenience. ”

“ Absolutely one of the best assembly-line chain restaurants in NYC. Naya has amazingly delicious Middle Eastern food and countless options to choose from. If I can compare them to anywhere, they are almost like the Middle Eastern counterpart to Chipotle - but, dare I say, actually better tasting!! I've only been to Naya a few times as of now, but each meal has been more delicious than the previous. The main entrees here are the Naya Roll, Naya Bowl or Naya Salad. For their rolls, they have a menu of items with already hand-picked ingredients, but if you're feeling more "adventurous" you can build your own roll, bowl or salad. Every time I've eaten from here, I've gone the custom route and, honestly, there isn't much difficulty to the ordering process. As with most assembly-line restaurants, you first have to pick your base, then you choose your protein and you finish it off with your toppings. Viola. That's it. Of course, the ingredients will be comprised of Middle Eastern ingredients and they are all DELICIOUS. Personally, I always love getting the bowl and it is ridiculously filling. For the bowl, first, you have to choose between Vermicelli Rice or Freekah (if you don't know what Freekah is definitely google it.) Next, you have a number of proteins to choose from. You cannot go wrong with the Chicken Shawarma or Falafel here. Lastly, you choose your toppings, and there are PLENTY to choose from. If you're not sure which one to choose - well, you can choose them all at no additional cost! That is all there is to it. Also, don't forget to ask for your free pita too. As for this location, the employees have always been friendly and I've never had a complaint or seen a reason to complain. The food is awesome and I wouldn't expect anything less from any other location either. ”
